I received one item but not the second item?
In order for you to receive your items as quickly as possible, a lot of the time items will ship separately. Please allow for a few extra days, if you receive only one item, before contacting.
What is your turnaround time?
Current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. If you purchase during a launch, please allow for an additional 3 business days. Orders during the holiday season may also require additional processing time due to volume.
When will my pre-sale item ship out?
I will always announce when a pre-sale will be shipping. Normally it is within a business week of purchase.
When is the last day I can order for Christmas?
Please check our turnaround times and check the post office to see when their last day for shipment is. If you are in the USA, this will allow for more leeway, but if you are international, I've noticed the shipping can take up to a month to get to you. Once an item is shipped, it is up to the post office to get the item to you.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you notice your item has a defect, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the defect, within thirty days of receiving your item. If an item arrives with a defect, I am happy to replace the item for you.
If you would like to exchange for a different size, please email me first. And then ship the item back via the PO Box address I will email to you. Once I have received the item back, I'm happy to either refund you or exchange your size, with a restocking fee of $8.
Why is international shipping what it is?
That is the actual price it costs me to ship an item to you if you are outside of the USA. And in some cases, it costs more to ship an item than I charge. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I get my jewelry wet?
The necklaces are a combination of gold filled and gold plated items. For gold plated items, it is recommended to give extra precaution and not have items get wet. For gold filled items they allow for more leeway with getting wet, but still after prolonged exposure may fade under distress.
