Frequently Asked Questions

Thank you for shopping small. Please know that I am currently a one woman operation that has some help occasionally. I do my best to make sure your order is shipped out as quickly as I can, but sometimes, due to volume, it can take the full amount of time to ship. Also if you purchase during a launch, please allow for an additional 3 business days to ship your purchase.

 

Q: I received one item but not the second item?

A: In order for you to receive your items as quickly as possible, a lot of the time items will ship separately. Please allow for a few extra days, if you receive only one item, before contacting.

 

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: I do my best to get items out to you as quickly as possible. A typical turnaround times is normally 3-5 business days. That being said, if you purchase during a launch please allow for an additional 3 business days. Also, if you are purchasing during the holiday season, the turnaround time might be a bit longer due to volume of orders. Thank you for understanding I'm a one woman operation and I'm doing all I can to get your purchases out to you as quickly as possible! 

 

Q: I ordered pre-sale when will it ship out?

A: I will always announce when a pre-sale will be shipping. Normally it is within a business week of purchase. 

 

Q: When is the last day I can order for Christmas?

A: Please check our turnaround times and check the post office to see when they say the last day for shipment is. If you are in the USA this will allow for more leeway, but if you are international I've noticed the shipping can take up to a month to get to you. Once an item is shipped, it is up to the post office to get the item to you. 

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you notice your item has a defect, please reach out to me via the email address below, with a photo fo the defect, within thirty days of receiving your item. If an item arrives with a defect I am happy to replace the item for you.

If you would like exchange your size, please email me first. And then ship the item back via the PO Box address I will email to you. Once I have received the item back, I'm happy to either refund you or exchange your size, with a restocking fee of $8.

 

Q: Why is international shipping what it is?

That is the actual price it costs me to ship and item to you if you are outside of the USA, I make to additional off of shipping, in fact in some cases it cost more to ship an item to you than I charge. Thank you for your understanding

 

Q: Can I get my jewelry wet?

A: The necklaces are a combination of gold filled and gold plated items. For gold plated items, it is recommended to give extra precaution and not have items get wet. For gold filled items they allow for more leeway with getting wet, but still after prolonged exposure may fade under distress.
