Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in their original condition.

Customized/personalized items can only be returned if there was an error on our part.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping.
- We don't offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Notify us immediately and provide documentation for damaged/defective items.
Exceptions:
- Custom-made/personalized items, and clearance/sale items, are non-returnable, unless there's a manufacturing defect.
