Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition.

  • Customized/personalized items can only be returned if there was an error on our part.

Timeframe:
  • Initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Contact our customer support at avintagejoy@yahoo.com to start the return process.

Return Procedure:
  • Provide order number, item(s) being returned, reason, and any relevant documentation.

  • We'll guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless there was an error on our part.

  • Use a reliable shipping service with tracking.

Inspection and Refunds:
  • Once we receive the return, we'll inspect it.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping.

Exchanges:
  • We don't offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Notify us immediately and provide documentation for damaged/defective items.

Exceptions:

  • Custom-made/personalized items, and clearance/sale items, are non-returnable, unless there's a manufacturing defect.
